Our training is aimed to fit with the ability level of each individual trainee. We recognize that there has to be a sliding scale or level of achievement to aim for and that each trainee is unique and has differing needs.

Individual Learning Plans

To accommodate each individual’s ability we offer different levels of training and assessment and each trainee has an individual training plan drawn up.

Social and Life Skills

We offer each trainee experience of working and learning within a safe and live catering environment.
